Official Prize Terms

2. Champion Prize

The verified Champion receives US $5,000 cash, the Cut for the Crown 2026 Champion title, Championship Trophy and official Champion recognition. The cash belongs to the individual Champion, not the Represented Business. Payment is subject to required verification and tax and payment documentation.

3. Represented Business Product Award

The Champion's verified Represented Business receives US $15,000 MSRP in eligible Imperial Barber Grade Products hair styling products. MSRP is determined using Sponsor's then current suggested retail price when each allocation is fulfilled. The Product Award is not $15,000 cash, wholesale credit or guaranteed resale proceeds.

4. Product Award Fulfillment

The Product Award will be fulfilled over approximately 12 months. Sponsor determines SKU assortment, quantities, allocation size and timing based on inventory, availability, reasonable sell through, shipping efficiency and operations. Allocations do not need to be equal. The Represented Business does not have a guaranteed right to demand particular SKUs, quantities or monthly values.

5. Workstation Packages

Up to ten qualifying professionals actively affiliated with the Champion's Represented Business may each receive one professional clipper, one professional trimmer, one professional shear set, one Imperial Barber Grade Products Straight Razor, one Barber Apron, one Barber Cape, one 7 Inch Comb and one Workstation Mat.

The equipment categories are guaranteed. Specific clipper, trimmer and shear manufacturers, models, finishes and configurations are not guaranteed. Sponsor selects the professional equipment. If fewer than ten qualifying professionals are verified, only the verified number of packages will be provided. Unused positions have no cash value.

6. Winning Business Recognition

The Represented Business receives an official Winning Business plaque or comparable official recognition.

7. Champion Business Wholesale Benefit

The winning Represented Business may receive 10% off its otherwise applicable wholesale pricing for additional eligible purchases during the Product Award period, subject to account approval, standing, product availability, resale requirements and wholesale policies. This benefit does not increase or reduce the $15,000 MSRP Product Award.

8. Ten Runner Up Packages

Each verified Runner Up receives one published Runner Up package intended to include one 12 unit case of an eligible styling product, one Straight Razor, one 7 Inch Comb, one Barber Apron, one Barber Cape, one Workstation Mat, one finalist shirt, one Competition Drawstring Bag, official finalist recognition and official digital finalist assets.

9. Runner Up Business Benefit

Each qualifying Runner Up Represented Business may receive 15% off its otherwise applicable wholesale pricing for 12 months, subject to account approval, standing, availability, resale requirements and wholesale policies. It does not automatically stack with another discount.

10. Multiple Submissions

Multiple Submissions from one Competitor may rank highly. A Competitor receives only one physical Runner Up package. Multiple Runner Up Submissions do not create multiple packages or stacked business discounts for the same Competitor.

11. First 50 Tier One

A qualifying First 50 Competitor locking one approved Submission receives one Competition Shirt, one Competition Drawstring Bag and one Imperial Barber Grade Products 7 Inch Comb.

12. First 20 Straight Razor Reward

The first 20 qualifying Competitors within the First 50 also receive one Imperial Barber Grade Products Straight Razor. The Straight Razor is a limited quantity reward within the First 50 Program and is not included for all 50 Competitors.

13. First 50 Tier Two

A qualifying First 50 Competitor locking two approved Submissions together receives the Tier One items plus one Imperial Barber Grade Products Barber Apron.

14. First 50 Tier Three

A qualifying First 50 Competitor locking three approved Submissions together receives the Tier One and Tier Two items plus one Imperial Barber Grade Products Barber Cape.

15. Lock Is Final

Once confirmed, the First 50 reward tier is final. Later Submissions do not increase the locked tier.

16. Guaranteed Prize Categories

Temporary unavailability does not eliminate an earned Prize. If an Imperial Barber Grade Products manufactured Prize item is temporarily unavailable, Sponsor may manufacture, restock or produce additional inventory and fulfill it when available. Prize components may arrive separately.

17. Third Party Equipment

Where a Prize promises a professional clipper, trimmer or shear set, that equipment category remains guaranteed. Sponsor controls the manufacturer, brand, model, finish and configuration and may use a comparable professional model when reasonably necessary.

18. Appearance and Configuration

Prize photography and renderings are illustrative. Colors, finishes, packaging, sizes and production details may vary without eliminating the promised Prize category.

19. United States Shipping

Sponsor covers standard Sponsor selected shipping for Grand Prize and Runner Up shipments to eligible United States addresses.

20. International Shipping

International Grand Prize and Runner Up recipients are responsible for international freight, customs, duties, tariffs, VAT, GST, brokerage and destination charges unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing.

21. First 50 Shipping

Sponsor covers standard Sponsor selected worldwide shipping for First 50 promotional rewards. Recipients remain responsible for applicable destination duties, taxes and customs charges.

22. Taxes

Recipients are responsible for applicable taxes, reporting, permits, resale obligations and governmental charges except where applicable law provides otherwise.

23. No Cash Alternative

Except for the Champion's US $5,000 cash Prize, noncash Prizes have no guaranteed cash alternative. Unused workstation positions and unused Prize portions do not create cash credits.

24. Acceptance and Fulfillment

Prize recipients must complete requested verification and fulfillment documentation within Sponsor's stated deadline. Failure to timely respond or verify eligibility may result in forfeiture where permitted by law. Physical components may ship separately and on different schedules.
