This Privacy Policy explains how Imperial Barber Grade Products collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes personal information through its websites, ecommerce services, competitions, promotions, community features and related services. Program specific privacy notices may supplement this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect contact information, account information, order and transaction information, shipping and billing information, device and network information, website activity, marketing preferences, professional and business information, user generated content, Competition activity, Votes, Likes, Comments, Prize information and other information you choose to provide.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to provide and improve services, process orders, operate accounts, communicate with users, provide customer support, administer competitions and promotions, verify eligibility, operate Votes and community features, prevent fraud, protect security, fulfill Prizes, provide marketing where permitted, comply with law and enforce applicable terms.

4. Competitions, Promotions and Community Features

We may collect personal information when you register for, enter, Vote in, interact with or otherwise participate in competitions, promotions, professional programs, events or community features. Information may include name, email, mobile number, age information, location, professional credentials, business information, social media information, Submissions, titles and descriptions, Votes, Likes, Comments, account activity, device and network information, shipping information, Prize information and marketing preferences.

5. User Generated Content

When you submit videos, photographs, Comments, reviews, testimonials, Competition Submissions or other user generated content, we may process the content and associated information for the purposes disclosed when you submit or publish it. Some user generated content may be publicly visible. Applicable submission agreements may separately grant Imperial Barber Grade Products rights to publish, edit, reproduce, advertise or otherwise use submitted content.

6. Likes, Comments and Community Interaction

Some community features, including Likes, may be available without a registered account. Other features, including Comments, may require registration. We may process interaction information for display, analytics, moderation, security, fraud prevention and service improvement. We may moderate, hide or remove Comments where permitted by applicable terms and law.

7. Artificial Intelligence Features

We may provide optional artificial intelligence features that assist users with tasks such as writing or improving text. When you use an AI feature, we may process information you provide, generated responses, related account or content information and technical information necessary to provide, secure and troubleshoot the feature. Service providers supporting the feature may process this information on our behalf.

Do not provide confidential, sensitive or unauthorized third party information to an AI feature. AI generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable and should be reviewed before use. For Cut for the Crown 2026, the Razzle Dazzle Assistant is limited to proposed Submission titles and descriptions and does not determine Votes, ranking or Competition results.

8. Email and SMS Marketing

Where permitted by law and based on applicable consent or another lawful basis, we may use email addresses and mobile numbers to provide Imperial Barber Grade Products news, product information, offers, promotions, event announcements, Competition updates and other marketing communications.

Promotional email recipients may unsubscribe using the method provided in the message. Promotional SMS recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where supported. Consent to recurring automated promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase, Competition participation or voting. Transactional or service communications may continue where reasonably necessary to authenticate an account, provide a requested service, administer active participation or provide security information.

9. Fraud, Security and Competition Integrity

We may process device, browser, IP address, network, authentication, account, transaction, engagement and voting activity to protect our websites and programs, identify fraudulent or automated activity, enforce applicable terms and protect Competition integrity.

10. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers and processors that support ecommerce, payment processing, hosting, analytics, authentication, email, SMS, AI functionality, fraud detection, moderation, customer support, professional verification, fulfillment, shipping, legal compliance and related operations. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transaction as permitted by law.

11. Prize Fulfillment

We may share personal information with Prize providers, equipment suppliers, fulfillment vendors and carriers when reasonably necessary to administer or deliver a Prize. Information may include recipient name, shipping information, contact information, apparel sizing, business affiliation or equipment related information. Prize fulfillment does not by itself authorize an independent Prize provider to use recipient information for its own marketing unless separate consent or another lawful basis exists.

12. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Our services and Competition features addressed by this Policy are not intended for children under 18 where an 18 plus requirement is stated. We do not knowingly accept Cut for the Crown Competitor or Voter accounts from anyone under 18.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
